If you saw my Instagram over the weekend, you’d know I had one goal in mind: to cook as much food, from scratch as possible. I am a big believer in homemade pasta and feel it’s totally acceptable for it to be consumed in huge portions with lots of pecorino, cracked pepper and crusty bread and extra virgin olive oil on the side. If it wasn’t for my loyalty to fried chicken and xiao long bao, one would think I was plucked straight from Tuscany.

Hosting the countries biggest Australian-Italian population means only one thing. Melbourne = pasta. So here you have it… my guide to the ultimate pasta lovers experience of Melbourne:
